The Windham Helping Hands tree at Nesmith Library has come a long way since Patch checked in with it last month.
According to one of the Nesmith librarians, this massive cluster of presents underneath the tree is only about 20 percent of the total gifts the tree has collected this holiday season. The other presents are scattered in storage areas in the library. Many are stored upstairs.
The gifts will be shipped off tomorrow for those who are in need this holiday season.
